Our Warranty Commitment

Our 3-Year / 36,000-Mile Nationwide Warranty covers parts and labor on qualifying repairs performed at RoKr Auto. This means if a covered repair fails due to defective parts or workmanship within 3 years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first), we'll repair or replace it at no charge to you. Our warranty applies to most mechanical and electrical repairs including engine and transmission work, brake system repairs, steering and suspension components, electrical system repairs, cooling system service, and exhaust system repairs. This comprehensive coverage demonstrates our confidence in the quality of our work and the parts we use. Unlike some shops that offer 12 or 90 days, we back our repairs for the long term—because that's how confident we are in getting it right the first time.

Using your RoKr Auto warranty is simple. Keep your repair invoice—that's your warranty documentation. If you experience an issue with a covered repair, contact us immediately at (512) 649-2121 to describe the problem. We'll schedule an inspection to diagnose the issue and determine if it's covered under warranty. If the problem is warranty-related, we'll repair or replace the affected component at no charge for parts or labor. Our warranty covers defects in parts or workmanship—it does not cover damage from accidents, abuse, neglect, or normal wear items (like brake pads, wiper blades, or filters). We'll always explain what's covered and what isn't, and we'll work with you to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
