What are your hours of operation?

We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We're closed on weekends and the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If a holiday falls on a Saturday, we'll be closed the preceding Friday. If it falls on a Sunday, we'll be closed the following Monday. You can schedule service online 24/7 or call us during business hours at (512) 649-2121.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes! We provide free estimates for most repair work. For diagnostic services, there is typically a diagnostic fee. In some cases, we may be able to apply part of the diagnostic fee toward the repair cost—just ask and we'll discuss your options. Call us at (512) 649-2121 to discuss your specific needs.

What types of vehicles do you service?

We service all makes and models of cars, trucks, and SUVs. Our ASE-certified technicians have experience with domestic and import vehicles, including modern hybrids and electric vehicles. If you have questions about your specific vehicle, give us a call.

Do you offer any warranties on repairs?

Yes! All our repairs are backed by a 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty, giving you peace of mind and protection on the work we perform. Warranty terms may vary based on the specific repair and parts used—we'll explain the coverage when we provide your estimate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and debit cards. We also offer financing options for larger repairs through approved partners. Contact us for details.

Do you provide shuttle service or loaner vehicles?

We offer complimentary rideshare service through Lyft for drop-off and pick-up within our service area (Northwest Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock). We do not provide loaner vehicles for general repairs. However, if your repair qualifies under our warranty program, we can direct you to Enterprise Rent-A-Car where you can work with the warranty company to obtain a rental. Contact us in advance to arrange transportation assistance.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule service three ways: (1) Online through our website using the Schedule Now button, (2) Call us at (512) 649-2121 during business hours, or (3) Stop by our shop at 13170 Pond Springs Rd Ste D, Austin, TX 78729. We recommend scheduling in advance to ensure availability.

Are your technicians certified?

Yes! Our team includes ASE-certified technicians, including an ASE Certified Master Technician with 25+ years of experience. Our technicians receive ongoing training to stay current with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?

While we welcome walk-ins, we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment to minimize wait times and ensure we have the necessary parts and technician availability for your service. Call us at (512) 649-2121 or schedule online.

Do you offer state inspections?

At this time, we do not have a state inspector on staff to perform vehicle inspections. We're working on adding this service and will keep the community updated as it becomes available.

My A/C isn't blowing cold—how much does it cost to fix?

A/C repair costs vary widely because the system has many components that could be at fault. It could be something as simple as low refrigerant, or as complex as a compressor failure or contaminated system. The only way to know for sure is through a diagnostic, which will identify the scope of repairs needed and give you an accurate estimate.

How long do repairs take?

Service time varies by the type of work. Oil changes typically take 30-45 minutes, brake jobs 2-4 hours, and more complex repairs may require keeping your vehicle for a day or longer. For diagnostic work, expect a few hours depending on drop-off time and the extent of the issue. We'll provide an estimated timeline when you drop off and keep you updated throughout the process so you can plan accordingly.

I have a diagnostic code from a parts store—can you give me a quote?

Absolutely, we can provide an estimate based on the code. However, keep in mind that a code points to a symptom, not always the root cause. Multiple sensors and systems can trigger the same code, and manufacturers often have specific testing procedures to confirm the actual problem. While we can perform any work you request, we encourage letting our ASE technicians properly diagnose the issue with your authorization to ensure we fix the right thing the first time.

Can I wait while my car is being worked on?

Of course! We have a comfortable waiting room with free WiFi for our guests. On fair weather days, our spacious outdoor area is also available—it's pet-friendly and great for working remotely. We host Pacific Flame, a local food trailer in our front lot, so you can grab a bite while you wait. During spring and summer, we also host Parrot Ice Shack offering shaved ice, lemonade, and freeze-dried candy.
