What are your hours of operation?
We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We're closed on weekends and major holidays. You can schedule service online 24/7 or call us during business hours at (512) 649-2121.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes! We provide free estimates for most repair work. For diagnostic services, there may be a diagnostic fee that is typically applied toward the repair cost if you proceed with the work. Call us at (512) 649-2121 to discuss your specific needs.
What types of vehicles do you service?
We service all makes and models of cars, trucks, and SUVs. Our ASE-certified technicians have experience with domestic and import vehicles, including modern hybrids and electric vehicles. If you have questions about your specific vehicle, give us a call.
How long does a typical service take?
Service time varies by the type of work needed. Oil changes typically take 30-45 minutes. Brake jobs usually take 2-4 hours. More complex repairs may require keeping your vehicle for a day or longer. We'll provide an estimated timeline when you schedule your appointment and keep you updated throughout the process.
Do you offer any warranties on repairs?
Yes! All our repairs are backed by a 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty, giving you peace of mind and protection on the work we perform. Warranty terms may vary based on the specific repair and parts used—we'll explain the coverage when we provide your estimate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and debit cards. We also offer financing options for larger repairs through approved partners. Contact us for details.
Do you provide shuttle service or loaner vehicles?
We can arrange local shuttle service for drop-off and pick-up within our service area (Northwest Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock). For longer repairs, we can help coordinate rental vehicles through local partners. Contact us in advance to arrange transportation assistance.

Are your technicians certified?
Yes! Our team includes ASE-certified technicians, including an ASE Certified Master Technician with 25+ years of experience. Our technicians receive ongoing training to stay current with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
