Terms of Service

Estimates and Authorizations

All repair estimates are based on an initial inspection and reflect an approximation of time, labor, and parts. Actual charges may vary if additional issues are discovered or further repairs are required.

By approving an estimate, you authorize RoKr Auto to perform the listed work, purchase necessary parts and materials, and operate your vehicle for testing, diagnosis, and verification.

If additional repairs are identified, a revised estimate will be provided for your approval before work continues. Estimates are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue and may be re-evaluated thereafter to reflect updated pricing or parts availability.

Parts and Warranty

All parts are new unless otherwise specified.

• New Parts (Primary Supplier): Up to 36 months / 36,000 miles nationwide warranty (whichever comes first)
• Alternate Supplier Parts: 24 months / 24,000 miles (whichever comes first)
• Customer-Supplied Parts: No parts warranty; 24-hour labor warranty on workmanship only
• Used Parts: No warranty

Warranty coverage excludes failures due to misuse, neglect, or subsequent repairs not performed by RoKr Auto.
Special-order and electrical components are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Tire Policy

Tire warranties are provided exclusively by the manufacturer and are subject to their own terms. RoKr Auto does not extend additional tire warranty coverage.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of services.

Accepted methods: Cash, Check, and Credit Card
A $35 fee may apply to returned checks.
Vehicles will not be released until payment is received in full.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the final repair balance.

Vehicle Pickup, Storage, and Abandonment

Vehicles must be picked up within 3 business days after repair completion or notification.
Storage fees of $25 per day may apply thereafter.

Vehicles left 30 days or more beyond completion or notice may be considered abandoned and are subject to lien or disposal procedures under Texas Occupations Code §2303.

Responsibility and Liability

RoKr Auto is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or personal property caused by fire, theft, vandalism, or events beyond our control.
We are not liable for delays related to parts availability, shipping, or supplier issues.

Lien Notice

Unpaid balances may result in a mechanic's lien on the vehicle in accordance with Texas Property Code §70.001 et seq.

Customer Rights

You have the right to approve or decline any additional repairs.
No repairs exceeding your authorized estimate will be performed without your consent.
