Known for his expertise in advanced diagnostics, performance, and hybrid/EV systems, he's the one other technicians turn to for complex or intermittent issues. Robert provides hands-on mentorship and guidance in the shop, sharing his depth of experience across all major diagnostic platforms and repair technologies. At RoKr Auto, he continues to lead with precision, problem-solving skill, and a focus on doing the job right the first time.

Kris

Founder & Business Manager

Kris brings more than 20 years of experience managing operations and directing solutions in FinTech, defense, and communications. At RoKr Auto, he oversees vendor relations, finance, HR, facilities, compliance, marketing, and strategic growth. His focus is on keeping the business efficient and sustainable, ensuring the team has what it needs to operate smoothly. When complex issues arise, whether operational or vendor-related, Kris steps in to resolve them and refine processes for the future.

A graduate of nearby McNeil High School, Larce was born and raised in the neighborhood adjoining the shop. He started his career working alongside Robert and James at OTS Auto Repair before helping launch RoKr Auto. As an ASE Certified Technician, he handles a broad range of mid-level repairs and maintenance, applying consistent care and attention to detail. His local roots and long-standing experience reflect RoKr Auto's commitment to the community it serves.

Ryan joined RoKr Auto in January 2026 and brings over 15 years of hands-on experience. He's a steady, detail-focused technician who takes pride in repairs done right the first time.

Ryan specializes in advanced mechanical work like timing belt/chain services and turbo replacements, repairs that require careful planning and precision. He's also working through the ASE certification requirements aligned with his target technician level, continuing to sharpen both skill and standards as he grows with the team.

Jackie joined RoKr Auto in February 2026 and helps keep your visit smooth and organized from check-in to pickup. She connects the front desk and the shop floor by tracking repair progress, supporting parts readiness, and helping prevent delays.
